Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or washed
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at help@avelinegrace.com. Include your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions if your return meets our criteria.

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Do not return items to the manufacturer directly.

Refunds

Criteria for Refunds:

  • Items returned within 30 days of receipt and in original, unused condition will be inspected upon arrival.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the return is received.

Partial Refunds:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Sale items may also be eligible for partial refunds.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size. To exchange an item, please contact us at help@avelinegrace.com with your order details.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing an order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at help@avelinegrace.com. Cancellations requested after the order has been processed will be treated as returns.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping for Returns

For all return shipments:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for items over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

Return Address: Please send your returns to the address provided by our customer support team after you receive your return authorization.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
